Warm Salad of Dry Cured Barbary Duck, Fresh Pomegranate, Pink Grapefruit and a Ginger Butter Dressing.

King Prawn & Avocado Cocktail served with a Wasabi Cream, Pickled Purple Onion and a White Asparagus Salad.

Lobster, Prawn and Clam Chowder with a Hint of Pernod and Fresh Parsley Oil.

Norwegian Smoked Salmon, Wild Capers a Horseradish Cream, Parmesan Crisps and Salmon Roe.

Deep Fried Brie in a Sesame Seed Crust, served on a Mango & Strawberry Mint Salad and a Sweet Chilli and Coriander Dressing.

Seared King Scallops served with a Green Asparagus, Courgette and Watercress Salad and a Champagne Beurre Blanc.

Surf & Turf with Garlic Tiger Prawns, a Cognac Cream Sauce and Cherry Tomato Concasse and Twice Cooked Chunky Chips.

Lemon & Dill Pouched Wild Seabass with a Champagne Beure Blanc served with Buttered Spinach and White Asparagus.

Wild Mushroom & Asparagus Risotto with Parmesan, White Truffle Dressing and Deep Fried Leek.

Roulade of Free Range Chicken wrapped in Crispy Bacon with a Herb and Onion Stuffing, Red Wine Reduction and Buttery Potato Puree.

Rack of Lamb with a Herb and Mustard Crust, Caramelised Balsamic Baby Shallots a Red Wine and Madera Jus and Rosemary Oil.

Grilled Fillet of Turbot with a Chardonnay and Mushroom Sauce, Truffle Cream and an Asparagus Carpaccio.



Pavlova with Wild Strawberries served with Passion fruit and a Vanilla Cream.

Apple Crumble with a Raspberry & Mint and a Vanilla Panacotta.
