St. Patrick’s Day Special Menu

Join us on Friday 17th March from 6pm to celebrate St.Patrick’s Day

LIVE music from 9pm with Sam Oliver

Our special set menu is 40€ per person

Starters:

Irish oak smoked salmon, pickled purple onion, horseradish cream and Parmesan crisp

Donegal crab & prawn salad with Marie Rose sauce

Chicken liver pate with wild berry compote and warm toast

Seafood chowder with a hint of Pernod & Irish brown bread

Clonakilty black pudding with the warm apple & a whole grain mustard dressing

Cream of asparagus & broccoli soup with Irish brown bread.

Mains:

Poached smoked cod with spring onion champ, cheddar cheese sauce & buttered cabbage

Roulade of chicken with sage & onion stuffing wrapped in crispy bacon and a Rosemary garlic sauce

Slow roasted baby leg of milk lamb with chive mash & a red wine reduction

Tempura of lemon sole, wok fried vegetables and a chili, ginger & coriander sauce

Boiled loin of Kildare bacon, buttered cabbage & chive mash with a whole grain mustard sauce.
